Eligible Applicants
Grow Your Business Online stream:
- Must be a for-profit, consumer-facing business
- Registered or incorporated
- Open to the public in person
- Has at least one employee
- Will maintain a digital adoption strategy for at least six months post-program
- Must agree to complete follow-up surveys and allow publication as a funding recipient
Boost Your Business Technology stream:
- Must be a privately owned, for-profit business
- Incorporated federally or provincially, or a sole proprietorship with a Canadian resident
- Employs 1 to 499 full-time staff
- Has at least $500,000 in annual revenue in at least one of the last three tax years

- Use digital tools to improve customer service and attract online customers
- Utilize e-commerce platforms and technologies
Boost Your Business Technology stream:
- Hire a digital advisor
- Prepare a cost analysis report on digital adoption
- Plan how to train new or current staff on digital tools
- Build a digital adoption roadmap detailing timelines, costs, and resources
- Create digital strategies to improve performance and competitiveness
