Skills Development Fund

The Skills Development Fund (SDF) provides financial support for innovative workforce development initiatives aimed at tackling Ontario’s labour market challenges. This funding stream helps eligible organizations construct, improve, or repurpose facilities into skilled trades training centres. The goal is to address shortages in high-demand occupations by expanding access to hands-on training infrastructure.
