6. Proposed methods for finding ways to treat and possibly prevent AD/ADRD

7. A plan for collaboration and coordination of research efforts with other programs and investigators funded by the National Institutes of Health (NIH)

8. Budget for the proposed ADRC project, including details on how the funds will be allocated

9. Timeline for the development or renewal of the ADRC

10. Any previous experience or expertise in Alzheimer's disease research or related fields by the applicant institution or its researchers

11. Any additional relevant information or supporting documents that may strengthen the application.
