PERSONA-ID NUMBER FOR THE APPLICANT’S SHAREHOLDERS AND DIRECTORS, AND MEMBERS OF THE PROJECT’S KEY PERSONNEL
- The CMF shall rely solely on the self-identification information associated with each individual’s PERSONA-ID number to determine (as applicable) eligibility for Programs, exclusive reserved portions of Program budgets, Performance and Development Envelope credit, Evaluation Grid points and/or for statistical and analytical purposes.

- part of the assessment criteria which considers the quality and degree to which the Applicant and Creative and Production Teams are well-positioned to create this Project.
TEAM DESCRIPTION (MAX. 5 PAGES)
- describe the experience and achievements of the studio within the interactive digital media industry. Also describe the experience and achievements of team members within the digital media industry. Demonstrate the experience and track record of team members working with one another and the feasibility of the team assembled to carry out and deliver the project. Make sure that the name and role of the individuals identified in the online application form and in the budget are identical. It should be noted that for the evaluation of the gender parity and diversity criteria within the team, the information provided in the budget will take precedence.
CV (MAX. 3 PAGES PER CV)
- submit the most recent curriculum vitae (not a bio) for each team member describing job history, training, certifications, and awards and nominations received.

CanExport SMEs

Amount of Funding

Up to 50% funding to a maximum $50,000 grant per project;
Applicants may receive up to 50% of eligible costs for up to $10,000 to $50,000 in grant funding per project;
The applicant is responsible for the remaining 50% of costs;
The annual CanExport contribution maximum is $99,999 (in the event of multiple projects approved in the same government fiscal year);
A group of related companies cannot receive >$200,000 in funding in a single fiscal year. Projects budgets should be between $20,000-100,000; and
Applicants can apply for funding multiple times as long as their prior CanExport application has been completed all reporting is finished.

CanExport SMEs

Eligible Applicants

To be eligible for the CanExport program, Canadian businesses must:

Maintain 1 to <500 full-time employees;
Earn annual revenues ranging from $100,000 to $100,000,000;
Be federally incorporated federally or classified as a limited liability partnership (LLP);
Create eligible project expenses of $20,000 or more; and
Be financially stable and able to pay all project expenses not covered by the program.
