FY 2023 Law Enforcement Transition to the National Incident-Based Reporting System (NIBRS) to Improve Hate Crime Reporting

Grant funds and technical assistance to increase the number of local law enforcement agencies reporting data to the FBI's National Incident-Based Reporting System (NIBRS) for the purpose of improving hate crime reporting as authorized by the Jabara-Heyer NO HATE Act.
