Residential (Therapeutic Group Home) Services for Unaccompanied Children

- Name and contact information of the organization applying for the grant

- Proof of state child placement license

- Proof of accreditation by the Council on Accreditation or an equivalent accrediting agency for therapeutic treatment facilities

- Compliance with Flores v. Reno, Case No. CV 85-4544 RJK (C.D. Cal. 1996) (the Flores Settlement Agreement)

- Familiarity with pertinent federal laws and regulations

- Familiarity with ORR policies and procedures, including the ORR Policy Guide and Manual of Procedures

- Program design that aligns with ORR's policies, instructions, and procedures

- Documentation of experience and expertise in providing services for Unaccompanied Children (UC) with mental health and/or behavioral needs

- Description of the highly structured clinical program that will be provided in the Therapeutic Group Home (TGH) residential facility

- Completion of the entity legal business name and address validation process in SAM.gov (with early start to avoid application submission interruptions)
