RFI - DOE Infrastructure Work Scope Development

List of Required Information for Application:

4. Project Description: Describe in detail the scope, goals, and methodologies of your proposed project. Include a clear explanation of how it aligns with the capabilities supporting research, training, and technology demonstration sought by the nuclear energy research community.

5. Budget Details: Provide a comprehensive budget for your proposed project, including all anticipated expenses such as personnel, equipment, materials, and travel. Explain the cost allocation and provide a justification for each expense.

6. Timeline: Outline the proposed timeline for your project, including key milestones and deliverables.

7. Team Composition: Identify the key personnel who will be involved in the execution of the proposed project, including their qualifications and relevant experience.

8. Partnerships and Collaborations: Describe any existing or potential partnerships and collaborations with other organizations, including academic institutions, national laboratories, or industry partners.

9. Evaluation and Impact: Explain how you will evaluate the success of your proposed project and measure its impact on the nuclear energy research community. Include any anticipated long-term benefits.

10. Regulatory Compliance: Discuss any regulatory considerations or compliance requirements that may be relevant to the proposed project.

11. Previous Experience: Provide an overview of your organization's previous experience and track record in conducting similar research, training, or technology demonstration projects.

14. RFI Confirmation: Confirm that you have read the RFI instructions carefully and that you are submitting your response through NEUP.gov, per the attached instructions.
