Scaling Up Evidence-Based Services to Promote Competitive Integrated Employment Among People with Disabilities

List of Required Information for Application:

6. Previous Evidence of Efficacy: The applicant should provide information about the existing service or intervention that has previous evidence of efficacy. This should include references or citations to relevant research studies or publications.

7. Proposed Research Contributions: A description of how the proposed research will further strengthen the evidence base or bring the intervention to scale in real-world settings. The applicant should explain the specific contributions their research will make to the field.

8. Project Team: Information about the key personnel involved in the project, including their qualifications, expertise, and roles in the research.

9. Collaboration: If applicable, the applicant should outline any partnerships or collaborations with other organizations or stakeholders that will be involved in the project.

10. Project Evaluation: A plan for evaluating the effectiveness and impact of the proposed intervention or service. This should include the specific metrics or outcomes that will be measured and the evaluation methods that will be used.

11. Dissemination Plan: A strategy for disseminating the research findings and outcomes to relevant stakeholders, such as policymakers, practitioners, and the disability community.

12. Project Sustainability: The applicant should explain how the proposed project will be sustained beyond the grant period, including any plans for securing future funding or support.

13. Project Timeline: A detailed timeline outlining the major milestones, activities, and deliverables for the project.

14. Institutional Information: The applicant's organizational information, including the name, address, contact details, and any relevant accreditations or certifications.

15. Budget Justification: A justification for each budget item, explaining why the requested funds are necessary for the successful implementation of the project.

16. References: Any references or citations to support the proposed research, methods, or interventions.
