7. Collaboration and Partnerships: Any existing or planned collaborations or partnerships with other organizations or stakeholders in the field.

8. Dissemination Plan: An outline of how the project's findings and outcomes will be disseminated to the relevant stakeholders and the broader disability community.

9. Evaluation Plan: A plan for evaluating the effectiveness and impact of the project, including the measures and indicators that will be used.

10. Potential Challenges and Mitigation Strategies: Identification of potential challenges or barriers that may arise during the project implementation and proposed strategies to mitigate them.
